Monica Silvestre is the Founder and Creative Director behind spark. Monica oversees all of the agency’s design and strategy work and drives creative excellence on a global scale. With almost two decades of experience crafting brands for large and mid-size organizations, she brings a design style that is clean and purposeful.
Her fleet of awards shine a light on how vast her industry expertise ranges from health and wellness to tourism, big pharma to start-up, education to retail brands. Monica has helped shape the Canadian landscape in visual and digital creative solutions.
